The thousand-armed goddess Avaloktesvara (right) extends her compassion to all sentient beings so it is appropriate that the Brighton Buddhist Centre is pro-active in its involvement with the community. It takes part in the Brighton Festival and Carnival, the Burning of the Clocks and other popular events.
