MBCT Courses in Eastbourne

For those who are interested in coping with pain, illness, anxiety or have suffered from depression.In the latter instance it is fine to do the course if you have had mild depression currently, but it is not suitable for someone with severe current depression. It works well for the prevention of relapse.

Dates:
Mondays evenings - new dates to be confirmed.
Times 7.00pm - 9.00pm.
One Sunday day retreat is included in course.
Day runs from 11.00am (bring contribution to shared lunch).
Follow up session to be arranged.
