Mindfulness for Pain Management - Living Well with Pain & Illness Wednesday mornings 10.30am 18 January MBCT Courses in Eastbourne For those who are interested in coping with pain, illness, anxiety or have suffered from depression.In the latter instance it is fine to do the course if you have had mild depression currently, but it is not suitable for someone with severe current depression.
