Part 1 Meditation and Buddhism Course
This
initial seven week course gives a practical introduction to the three
practices that we teach and explores the basic principles of meditation.
It also gives an introduction to some of the principles of Buddhism that
support an understanding of meditation.
The course includes an optional weekend
day from 10am to 4pm that provides time to consolidate and deepen the
experience of meditation. (The date of this weekend day is given in brackets).

Living Your Life Fully
This continuation course takes a deeper
look at the three practices exploring the relationship between everyday
life and meditation, looking at key principles of Buddhism. Includes a
practice Sunday.
Includes an optional weekend day that provides
the opportunity for developing calm and making deeper connections.
